I spent 122 months as both a sales manager and rep selling software and services to companies of all sizes.

During my sales career, I was blessed to to sell for some awesome companies like Evernote, Outreach, and HubSpot.

Since 2021 I’ve been working as a Sales Strategy Consultant helping some of the world’s largest companies define, implement, and optimize how they sell.

As a freelance coach and consultant, my clients tend to fall into four buckets…

Founders

They rely on me to help them implement a structured founder-led sales motion to acquire their initial clients. A lot of times these are technical founders with little to no sales experience.

Early-stage startups

Once you’ve established product market fit, and maybe even raised a Seed or A round, it’s imperative that you move beyond founder led sales into something scalable and sustainable. I leverage my experience and expertise to collaborate with these founders on an actionable sales playbook to use as a guide when building their new sales org.

Established companies

What happens when you’ve seemingly exhausted your TAM, but you still want to grow? There are a lot of options like exploring new markets, opening up partner channels, defining new cross-sell and upsell motions, and many more. I help these companies sift through their options to land on what’s best for their business, and then I work to build the playbook that supports the new initiatives.

Sales reps

Most people get into sales to make money, and don’t do much planning beyond that. I help sellers to define what their ideal career looks like, and then I work with them to put a plan in place that gets them there. That can be everything from landing a more prestigious and lucrative role, advancing into sales leadership, or leaving sales all together.

I also offer sales acumen and best practices coaching to reps and technical founders to improve any weak areas of their process from prospecting to closing.
